Subscription Terms

1. Overview

These Subscription Terms govern your purchase of AStockSite membership plans, including auto-renewal, refunds, cancellations, and applicable billing policies.

2. Available Plans

AStockSite offers the following membership plans, all billed annually:

  • Basic — Free. Core platform access with paper trading.
  • Pro — $100 per year. Includes brokerage connectivity and advanced features.
  • Pro Plus — $135 per year. Includes AI analytics, DADS analysis, and premium order tools.
  • Supreme — $155 per year. Full platform access including Temporal Intelligence Matrix and Matrix Triangulation.

Prices are subject to change. The price shown at time of purchase governs your current subscription period.

3. Billing and Auto-Renewal

Paid memberships are billed annually. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal charges are made to your payment method on file.

For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, billing and renewal are managed by Google Play and subject to Google Play billing terms. For subscriptions purchased via Stripe, billing is managed through Stripe.

4. Refund Policy

Membership and subscription fees are refundable within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or prohibited by applicable law.

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Trading losses
  • Executed trades or completed broker transactions
  • Market-related losses or missed opportunities
  • Fees charged by third-party brokers or payment processors, except where required by law
  • Charges incurred after abuse, fraud, or violation of platform rules

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact support within the eligible refund period and provide your account and transaction details.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to paid features continues until the end of the paid period.

To cancel a Google Play subscription, use the Google Play subscription management interface. To cancel a Stripe-billed subscription, sign in to the AStockSite application and access membership settings.

6. Feature Access

Access to specific features depends on your membership level, brokerage account eligibility, provider availability, geographic location, and applicable regulatory requirements. Purchasing a membership tier does not guarantee access to features that require separate broker approval or are subject to provider or regulatory restrictions.

7. Changes to Plans or Pricing

We may modify plans, features, or pricing. Changes to pricing will be communicated before they apply to your renewal. Continued use of the Platform and acceptance of renewal charges constitutes acceptance of updated pricing.

8. Google Play Billing

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are subject to Google Play's terms of service and billing policies. Refund requests for Google Play subscriptions may need to be submitted through Google Play. See also: Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
