Before You Submit a Request

What May Be Deleted

Your AStockSite account profile and login credentials
Watchlist, settings, and application preferences
Support messages and account activity logs where permitted

What May Be Retained

Certain records may need to be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, accounting, audit, or regulatory purposes. This includes but is not limited to:

Financial transaction records required for accounting or tax purposes
Records required by applicable securities regulations
Fraud-prevention and abuse-detection records
Support records related to dispute resolution

Third-Party Provider Accounts

Deleting your AStockSite account does not automatically:

Close your Alpaca brokerage account or withdraw brokerage funds
Cancel pending trades or pending ACH transfers
Cancel your Google Play subscription (manage through Google Play)
Cancel your Stripe-billed subscription (manage through the application)
Remove data held by third-party providers under their own agreements

The support team will review and verify your identity
You will receive confirmation when processing is complete
Processing time may vary depending on the type of request and legal retention requirements
